Aztec Leisure aims to dispatch all in stock orders placed before 12 pm the same day (Monday – Friday). Please note we are unable to dispatch orders placed over the weekend or during Bank Holidays – these orders would be dispatched on the next business day.

This is a working / business day service that does not include deliveries over the weekend. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. 

These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

The Highlands, Islands and offshore UK destinations should allow extra delivery time (approximately 1 day to service chosen) due to their remote locations. This only includes postcodes: AB, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-38, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.

We offer three rates of postage for mainland Great Britain deliveries:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery - Due to restrictions on dimensions this option is only available to selected products under 2kg in weight. 

Next Day weekday delivery for all parcels over 2kg. Service is dependent on parcel dimensions. If you would like to know which service is being used for your order please contact us prior to dispatch.
